1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed automatically within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has officially shipped and the carrier updates the tracking details.

Please note: Order processing time is separate from the transit shipping time.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

We are proud to offer Free Tracked Shipping on all orders to our customers within the United States.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 7 to 10 business days from the date of shipment.

  • Shipping Cost: Free Shipping on all orders.

Disclaimer: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier logistics, high-volume holiday seasons, or extreme weather conditions. We appreciate your patience in these rare circumstances.

3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 to 48 hours. You will be able to monitor your package's journey directly through our website or standard tracking platforms.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Boggy Doggy is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Note: For standard retail pet accessory orders to the United States, items are generally exempt from customs duties under the de minimis threshold.

5. Incorrect Address and Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. Boggy Doggy is not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If you receive your order damaged, or if your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact our support team immediately at info@boggydoggy.com. We will investigate the issue with the carrier and assist you in getting a replacement or finding your package.
