Refund policy
REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date your order is delivered. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Due to hygiene and safety standards for pets, items showing any signs of use, pet hair, or wear and tear will not be accepted for returns.

The Return Process
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Before shipping any items back, you must contact our customer support team at: info@boggydoggy.com. Our team will provide you with specific instructions and the authorized return address to process your request.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the product.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of business days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it often takes some processing time before a refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective from the factory or damaged during transit. If you need to exchange a product for the same item due to a defect, please email us at info@boggydoggy.com to arrange a replacement.
Shipping Costs
The customer will be responsible for paying all shipping costs for returning the item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without a valid tracking number.
